By using our website, booking our services, or engaging with our content, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services. 1. General Terms

1.1 Eligibility:

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

1.2 Service Scope:

Our services include the rental of party buses for events such as weddings, birthdays, proms, concerts, and more. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

1.3 Agreement:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Indianapolis Party Bus Rentals. Any verbal or written agreements outside of this are not binding unless explicitly stated in writing by us.

2. General Pricing and Location

Our pricing is based on the Indianapolis area and its surrounding local areas. For reservations located outside of Indianapolis, additional fuel charges may apply. Please ensure that you inquire about any potential extra charges when booking your reservation.

Gratuity is not included in the pricing. Our drivers are professional CDL-licensed chauffeurs, and a gratuity of 15-20% is customary and greatly appreciated. Please take care of your driver as they work hard to ensure your trip is enjoyable and safe.

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 Reservation Process:

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed rental agreement and payment of the required deposit. Verbal reservations are not considered binding.

3.2 Payment Terms:

  • To secure your reservation, a deposit covering a portion of the total cost is required.
  • The remaining balance is due on the event date and should be paid to the driver upon pickup.

3.3 Additional Charges:

Any additional services, time extensions, or damages caused during the rental will incur additional charges. These charges will be billed to the card on file or deducted from the security deposit.

4. Deposits and Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation. However, if you need to cancel your reservation, we can transfer your deposit credit to a different date and reschedule your trip if necessary.
  • Cancellation Fees: If you notify us of a cancellation within one week of your scheduled reservation date, an additional cancellation fee equal to half of your reservation deposit will be applied.
  • Zero Refund Policy: Please note that we have a zero refund policy in situations where unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, construction, traffic delays, or emergencies prevent us from adhering to the schedule. We will always strive to arrive on time and responsibly manage any delays.

5. Complaints and Customer Service

If you encounter any issues during your reservation, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. We operate 24/7 to provide assistance. Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of your reservation to be considered. Complaints brought to our attention after 48 hours will not be reviewed.

6. Code of Conduct and Zero Tolerance Policies

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all passengers, the following rules and policies are strictly enforced:

6.1 Prohibited Behaviors

  • Fighting
  • Smoking or vaping
  • Underage drinking
  • Any behavior that may cause damage to the vehicle or harm to others on board

6.2 Respect for Staff

  • Disrespectful treatment toward drivers or staff will not be tolerated.
  • Our drivers reserve the right to terminate any reservation immediately if any rules are violated.

6.3 Customer Responsibility

  • Passengers are responsible for:
    • Following all rules and policies outlined in these terms and conditions.
    • Ensuring their behavior does not jeopardize the safety or enjoyment of others.
    • Reporting any complaints or concerns promptly within the 48-hour window.
    • Passengers must behave respectfully toward the driver and other passengers.
    • Any damage caused by passengers will result in financial liability for the renter.
    • We reserve the right to terminate service if behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

4. Safety First

Your safety is our number one priority. We encourage all passengers to enjoy themselves while respecting the rules and guidelines set forth to ensure a secure and memorable experience for everyone. These policies are in place to protect you, your group, our staff, and other road users. Safety is our top priority, and we encourage all passengers to enjoy their experience responsibly.

7. Driver and Vehicle Information

  • Professional Chauffeurs: All of our drivers are CDL-licensed professionals trained to provide safe, courteous, and reliable service.
  • Authority of Drivers: Drivers maintain the authority to make decisions during your trip to ensure the safety of everyone on board. This includes the right to terminate the trip if rules are broken.
  • Capacity Limits: Each vehicle has a strict passenger capacity limit. Exceeding this limit is prohibited and may result in service termination.

8. Scheduling and Delays

While we strive to adhere to all scheduled arrival and drop-off times, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. These include but are not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic congestion
  • Construction
  • Emergencies

We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations. No refunds will be issued due to delays caused by these factors.

9. Privacy and Data Use

We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
